[SignalOne] bogus e-mail

I have just discovered this e-mail that I did not send. Cannot figure out if 
someone has hijacked my address/address book or what. If anyone has had this 
happen to them, can you please let me know how to fix it? Thanks. Sorry about 
this folks.
