Thank you to all who responded to my question.
 
The reason that I couldn't find it is that it is no longer there.
I bought this radio in Dayton many years ago and it has been on
the shelf until now. When I tried to turn it on and it didn't respond,
I opened it up and part of the surgistor fell out, so I just assumed
this was the problem. What I found is that the on/off switch is now
the push/pull switch that is the FSK control. So it does turn on
and I do hear signals. That's as far as I got.
I am not familiar with this radio and, I must say, I find it
very unique.
With your help I'm sure we can get it all working.
