[SignalOne] 1030 owner in Portugal

Dear Signal/One friends,

happy New Year to everybody!

Some time ago I was discussing a technical problem of a S/1 1030
milspec with a ham in Portugal. As far as I recall his name was Jose
Gavrila. Does anybody eventually know his correct name and email
adress? He was located in Porto. According to the list there seems to
be only one registered 1030 owner in Portugal. Does anybody know the
email adress of this person so I could ask him?
