[SignalOne] Signal One CX11A stopped Working

I plugged in my Signal One CX11A the other day after not having it
powered up for about a year.

It started out O.K. but after about 5 minutes, it went silent, and the
frequency read 14.000 MHz and would not move with the VFO A or B.

The band switch changes the frequency but not the VFO. I am hoping it is
something simple. Does anyone have an idea where I should start looking
for the problem, or what fixed it when it happened to you?

Also if worse comes to worse, who fixes these?
