[SignalOne] MilSpec 1030 Power Amplifier

Greetings to all members.

I have on my bench a MilSpec 1030 Power Amp
where transistors Q2, Q7 and Q8 were eliminated
(cut straight).
I would like to know if this is a factory late
modification or a "wild improvement".
I the first case, I need to know if the iddleing
current of 500 mA, instead of that of 200 mA
from the manual, is acceptable.

very much appreciated.
