[SignalOne] Signal One Registry Update

A couple of updates for the New Year.
Total number of Signal Ones in the registry in now 83.
Also, the CX7 we thought was SN 0084 is actually 00847.  That makes much 
more sense as my information shows the first SN was 00101.
So, it looks like I have the earliest Signal One, SN 00117
followed by K5SBU with 00125.
This can be attributed to Bob Douglas, ex W5GEL (SK).  Bob owned Douglas 
Electronics here in Corpus Christi.  He was a very active amateur radio 
operator and was in close contact with Signal One during the early days 
of development.  He ordered quite of few of the earliest radios for 
delivery here in Corpus Christi.
