[SignalOne] Registry Update

The addition of  a CX7 owned by W1RAM marks the 100th known Signal One.
Then yesterday another CX7 shows up on good ole epay.  Short 3 day 
auction with a reserve. It has been added as # 101
I will contact the new owner after the auction closes to update the 
registry info.  So far I'm 50-50 on responses from ebay buyers.
The Sunday net had 6 check ins!
I won't be on this weekend but I'm sure Doc will be there to call the net.
