[SignalOne] Signal/One in QST

I don't know if anyone else caught site of the Signal/One MS 1030 on
page 47 of the November QST. 

For those of you who don't subscribe, Ben Joplin WB5VST a Red Cross and
SATERN volunteer use it to help save 15 people trapped on a rooftop in
New Orleans.

I don't think he subscribes to this list, and I couldn't find an e-mail
address for him. It would be interesting to learn about the rig and how
it performed.
