Someday when I get a lot of time. Ha.

I can tell you that one mod which is mandatory is the power supply upgrades 
to 3-term regulators. I think this is detailed in both by CQ article and 
one or more of the newsletters. That CX-7 power supply was terrible! The 
"B" board was much improved.

BTW, here is my current S/1 ... I use it daily. The CX-11A was (is) a great 
rig.  :-)
