This reminds me... I wondered if that little block that conducts heat to 
the heatsink was Be. I remember reading a QST article years ago about a 
heatsinked tube radio, which had cautions on handling these beryllium 
blocks. Are there hazards involved? Just want to be forewarned if I have 
to play with it (well, actually, I did do some disassembly, and only 
remembered later that it might be a hazardous material!)
