Doc,

The diode matrix for the left most Mhz digits is located on the power 
supply board, A3.

There are 5 rows of diodes. Left to right they represent the digits 20, 1, 
2 ,4, 8. So if there are diodes in rows 1, 2, and 4, the display will read 
1+2+4 = 7.

Band "D" is normally 25; to change it to 24 remove the diode from row A on 
the "D" row.

Rows bottom to top are 1, A, 3 B 7 C 14, D, 21, 28, 29.

Diodes can be little sig types like 1N270.
