[SignalOne] Signal One 1030C Question?

At the time when I bought my 1030C   [ hopped up 781 ] I had kept up with
Don Rohr's pretty close, and as well what seemed like every other month with
the 1/2 or full page ad's that where in QST I bought this unit new, and at
the time was pretty  " flush "  [ read :  false EUPHORIC economy, paraphrase
Fed Reserve Chairman Greenspan, CIRCA 1998-99' ]   and think I would have
bought the matching speaker had I been offered one..  But I can certainly be
wrong.. mac/mc

PS.  can anyone recommend a trusted service person, my unit seems to " lock
up " after a few seconds of power up..  I think this will be a ICOM area ,
not related to the S/O enhancements..
