Good morning. I have replaced the capacitors in my CX7A with
the newer type. They do not have mounting lugs like the old. I
got around this by using a couple plates of plexiglass in a
mounting system that involves NO drilling of holes in the CX7.
I use tyhe existing holes as provided.  While the unit is not
+ACI-origional+ACI-, it is neat and best of all it works just fine.
I have pics for anyone serious about the matter.

+AD4-available any longer. Over a year ago Chuck Banta sent me an
e-mail with
+AD4-the part numbers of capacitors that he purchased at Newark, I
believe,
+AD4-that were the same values and sizes as the original. The only
hitch was
+AD4-that the mounting was different. The original capacitors are
mounted on
+AD4-insulating pads. The new ones use a different mounting method.
Price of
+AD4-a set was in the +ACQ-80 range. I've been trying to find Chuck's
e-mail. If
+AD4-I do I'll repost. If Chuck reads this, perhaps he can comment.
