If you look on the web site at Technical Note 11, you will find
step-by-step instructions on how to install the amplifier, and the
schematic for the amplifier. 

Unfortunately, I don't have a pc board layout for it. Paul had pc boards
made. He had two, one a mirror image of the other to ease mounting them.
If you look at the chassis you'll understand.
