It would appear I was in error (again!) . Indeed, I did have 50V + RF at 
the output of the Driver board (Grid of 8072), but it was not "good" RF. 
Disconnecting the RF input to the Driver board (from the Front End 
Board), and the RF is still there. In other words, the blankety-blank 
driver board is oscillating. Turning back R19 stops the oscillation.
