I have this listed on eBay but if anyone is seriously interested, I can
stop the auction and sell directly to Signal One digest members.
I have a Signal One Mil Spec 1030 that I have decided to part with.
It is in excellent cosmetic condition, perfect I would say, but for the
fact that the wrap case has a fair number of small nicks and there is a
drag mark across the bottom. Paint color and texture is as new. Front
is new looking as is the inside. It is on the air every day. But for
the known shortcoming of the radio design (a bit of synthesizer noise)
it works beautifully.

These are huge files. If you are bandwidth limited:

As you know, only about 200 of these radios were built. It has its
failings but it is beyond doubt the best build quality Ham radio I have
ever seen. It is far superior in every way to the Collins KWM-380.
I hope no one interprets this as promoting an eBay auction. I am not. I
am offering to end that auction for a serious buyer here.
I am starting with and asking price of $4500 (lower than the eBay Buy
it Now price).
It is on the air and can be heard if you like. I also have a copy of
the owner's and service manuals.
