Bob & Tony,

Our efforts today did not fix the problem. We are starting in at 6am tomorrow morning to take
the next steps - starting with fresh IP and ARP tables in our switches and routers.

We continue with a full-court press on our staff- four people working on it full time - and both
Nortel and Sun are engaged. We are working with Rudy at Cypress Micro, and with staff at the
other two sites affected, Lara and Roseville.

I have accelerated the option to bring up an email server at your location. EHF started that
dialog today with Rudy -- though we could expect several days in that effort under the best of
circumstances. Still that is the right thing to do even when we get through the current crises,
so that is why we've brought that forward in time.
