[SignalOne] Milspec 1030 Vox operation

Hi Paul and others,

now I finally detected why I got the impression that vox operation of the
Milspec 1030 gives lower signal output. When I first tested vox mode I
obviously used my linear amp. Output was much lower when vox was activated
than in ptt mode. When I tested again some weeks ago everything was fine -
this tests were run w/o linear. Yesterday I tested again for some other
reasons and found output to be lower again. After some investigation I
detected the deficiency. In vox operation the linear relay will not be
activated! So every time I tested vox w/o linear, operation was perfect but
with linear only the 100 W drive level was measuerd - much lower than
average power with linear.

Now I started to study the circuit diagrams another time but could not find
my way through from vox amp to relay. I get the impression that some link is
missing. Or that definitions of lines or interconnections change from board
to board. Could you - or anybody else - give me a hint on which diagram I'll
find the connection from vox amp to the PTT line? And from PTT to (linear
amp control) relay?

BTW does there exist a diagram for the 1030 with complete power supply
schematic? I'm missing the diagram showing the power transformer and the big
regulator electrolytics. Also I don`t find my way through from the 12 v
regulator via driver to the big pass transistors. Any hints?

Thanks for your help!
