[SignalOne] A Reminder about posting messages

Just a friendly reminder, almost all mailing lists, including the
Signal/One mailing list, DO NOT accept messages that contain HTML data. 
This is to prevent the spread of viruses that may be contained in the
HTML code. 

If you do not see your message posted, or if your message is bounced
back to you, please check to make sure you are sending the e-mail in
plain text mode.
