[SignalOne] CX7A Problem..still

Well, I got e second 2N5641 to replace the other driver transistor. Went 
through the pain in the ... to pull the driver board again, and installed 
it. Put board back, and....still no drive ... I still show RF with an RF 
voltrmeter....a little at the base of Q3,  more at the collector, and a 
lot more at the output of Q4, which measures the same as at the tube grid 
pin. Bias is OK, Screen voltage OK, but Plate current doesn't budge over 
the resting 100 ma. in TUNE, with drive control up and R19 up. 

What am I missing?
