[SignalOne] CX7A Service manual

Does anyone have an idea where I could get a Service manual for the CX7A? W7FG has only the CX7. I sent Bill Tunni $10 for the CD of the manuals on the Signal One site 
over a month ago, but never received it, and no answer to my inquiries.

Not looking for freebies, I'll "pay my way." Just would like to find one.
