...High wind watch in effect from Wednesday morning through
Wednesday evening...

The National Weather Service in Reno has issued a high wind
watch...which is in effect from Wednesday morning through
Wednesday evening.

* Timing: strong west to southwest winds are possible Wednesday
   afternoon and evening.

* Winds: west to southwest 25 to 40 mph with gusts to 60 mph.
   Local gusts 75 mph are possible.

* Impacts: strong...damaging winds are possible across the watch
   area with areas of blowing dust. Strong cross winds are likely
   on Interstate 80 and highways 50...95 and 395.
