[SIERA] May program

With many SIERA members having expressed interest in attendance at the
EMCOMMWEST show on May 1st, SIERA will cancel our scheduled general meeting
on that day so as to not interfere with this interesting series of events.

EMCOMMWEST has a fine program set for the April 30 - May 2.  It's a once a
year opportunity not to be missed.

Friday offers an opportunity to cram the ICS100-200-700 and 800 courses for
incident preperation.  Saturday sees an all day cram session for a new
license or upgrade.

And then, of course, is the hamfest, the many fine break out sessions and
the vendors room.  PLUS - SIERA will have a small table set up to promote
the club, courtesy of ECW
