[SIERA] October workshop

In case you missed the Tuesday LCARES net, the following is passed on for
your information:

A workshop is scheduled for Saturday October 24th starting at 0900 hrs.
Location: EOC (County Building) in Yerington, across from the donut shop on
HW 95A
We will be completing the antenna install for the Emergency Operations
Center.
Dress for the weather, and bring what ever tools, ladder etc  you may have
to install both wire and vertical antennas. 
If you show up early, we will be at the donut shop having a hot cup.  Come
on over give a helping hand to complete this stage of the project.
