[SIERA] SIERA Breakfast/Nominations

Happy Thanksgiving to all.

  I will be out of town for thanksgiving, visiting my family in Oregon.
Austin will present the slate of candidates for the SIERA Board at the SIERA
Breakfast this Saturday the 28th of November.  The breakfast is at Sharkies
in Gardnerville starting at 8:00 AM in the back room.  As it stands there
will be an election by secret ballot at the December meeting.  The reason
for the election is for multiple candidates running for elected positions.
At the Saturday breakfast, additional nominations will be received from the
floor, and the Ballots will be finalized with the names of ALL of the
candidates for the December election.

  I am not seeking reelection, nor a position on the SIERA Board of
directors.  It is time for new leadership for SIERA.  Best of luck to the
new officers.  Thank you to the members of SIERA for their support and help
with the Pony Express and the Nevada Day Parade. I enjoyed my time as
president these past several years.  I would like to give a profound thank
you for all who served as members of the board these past years.  As we
continue with our everyday activities, take the time to remember our
friends, and silent keys.  You never know when a friend or a loved one will
be gone.  Enjoy life to its fullest and take the time to care for others.
