Thank YOU, John!  Four years is a very long time in what is often a 
thankless position.

SIERA has come a long way since it was founded by Rich Frost, Ray 
Wilson and Bob Grissom over twenty years ago and I look forward to 
Dick Young and his team leading SIERA into a new decade.
