**CHRISTMAS PARTY TUESDAY, DECEMBER 16, 2008**  **GREAT FUN FOR ALL!**

ALL HAMS, FAMILY, FRIENDS AND STUDENTS ARE INVITED! YOU DON'T HAVE TO
BE A MEMBER OF A HAM CLUB OR GROUP TO ATTEND!   WELCOME NEW HAMS!
WELCOME SBE ENGINEERS!  ORDER OFF THE MENU AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!

The UNR Radio Pack is again sponsoring their annual Christmas party at
Carrows Restaurant, 880 E. Plumb Lane, corner of Kietzke and Plumb
Lane (across the street from the Little Flower Church) Tuesday,
December 16 starting at 6 PM in the back room.

Remember last year was great fun.   This year a big surprise?  Read
WA6RKN's comments below. The restaurant will feature their holiday
fair and famous fruit pies! The Prime Rib dinners includes: Choice of
potato or rice, dinner vegetables, horse-radish sauce and cornbread or
garlic cheese bread.

Hi all!

IT'S PARTY TIME!!!

Nothing special...just fun! The UNR Radio Pack Christmas Party is almost here!
EVERYONE is invited...you don't have to be a student or connected to
UNR......You don't even have to be a ham! Open to the whole family,
friends, relatives, etc.!

It is an open menu party...order what you like from the menu. (Their
prime rib is surprisingly good!) No bar though...Sorry.

There will be no White Elephant gift exchange this year...just takes
too long and folks get restless....It is fun but people have said they
wish it didn't take so much time.....

Soooooooooooo.....

Something different but, hopefully, just as fun, this year.
Hint...We are all hams, so we know we can talk...but can we listen?!!!
Heh! heh! heh!

Bring a small, inexpensive gift($5 limit)....no white elephant type
gifts...make them legit.

Instead of turning them in when you get to the party, you will keep
them by your side until the appointed time for the
mayhem...errrr....fun... to start!

PLEASE, no identification as to who the gift is from.

See you at the dinner...Tuesday, December 16th, 6pm (Or when ever you
get there!
