[SIERA] Announcement -- New OOC

Four years ago Tim Hunt WA6TNW accepted appointment as Official Observer 
Coordinator (OOC).  As OOC, Tim was responsible for coordinating the 
Amateur Auxiliary and all Official Observers within the Section.  A

Last year Tim asked me if I could find someone to replace him as OOC.  He 
is so busy with his other obligations that he felt he was unable to 
continue doing justice to the position of OOC.

It is with regret that I have approved Tim's request, effective February 1, 
2007.  On that date, Paul Cavnar K7IN will take over the responsibilities 
of Official Observer Coordinator.  Tim deserves all of our thanks for his 
continuing years of service.

Paul has been affiliated with the Amateur Auxiliary for almost twenty-eight 
years.  Please give him your full support in his new position.  Paul can be
