A high wind watch remains in effect from Wednesday morning
through Wednesday afternoon.

Southwest to west winds will increase on Wednesday. Gusts in
excess of 60 mph are possible...especially in wind prone areas
along Highway 395 and Interstate 80. Gusts over the Sierra crest
may exceed 100 mph.

A high wind watch means there is the potential for a hazardous
high wind event. Continue to monitor the latest forecasts.
