[SIERA] Alice Walker

Greetings to all,

This evening Phyllis had a conversation with Alice that was very encouraging. 
 Alice has had two weeks of radiation therapy with absolutely no side 
effects, and she sounds very cheerful.  Her family is seeing to it that she is not 
left alone, which also makes her more comfortable.

Alice would also like to thank all of you who have sent cards and good 
wishes, and says that with any luck she may be able to attend the SIERA dinner this 
month and chat with all you fine folks.
