[SIERA] QCWA Award Presented to Dale Anderson KV7S

The Quarter Century Wireless Association, Silver State Chapter #190, 
N7QC presented
the Outstanding Amateur Radio Operator of the year at our annual 
Christmas Party on Friday, December 14th.

The award was presented by Gary Grant, K7VY, Don Freeman, W7FD, and 
Larry Oakley, W7AB, to Dale Anderson. KV7S of the Carson Valley.  The 
award was an original piece of art made by Steve Appel of Prescott, 
Arizona.  Steve made an amateur radio operator sitting at his ham 
station next to a three element yagi antenna made of bolts.

Our next brunch is Saturday, January 12th, 10 AM at the Black Bear
