"On Sunday, December 9th, 2007, long time member of SIERA, Bill Horsley
WB6WCY, became a silent key.  His daughter, Gail Wilczynski, contacted me
Sunday afternoon and gave me the information.  Bill was a devoted ham and
participated in every Pony Express Reride and other club events until he was
hospitalized.  During the course of his illness he appreciated everything
his ham friends did for him and particularly when they visited with him
during his illness.  His daughter and family wish to thank all of you for
your prayers, best wishes, and support.  Specific arrangements for service
