[SIERA] update on the updated DCART net script

Hi all!

After our discussion on net, I've amended the on line DCART net 
script to use smaller characters. They are still a bit larger than 
default though. Pleasde let me know if you either think they are now 
too small or if you think they are still too large.

THIS TIME, I'll remember to include the URL for the modified script.
