[SIERA] tonights meeting not cancelled

Hi all!

As I look out my window at 4:35PM, it's grey but not snowing and 
there is no snow on the ground. YMMV.

If there is reason to cancel the DCART meeting, I'll announce it on 
the 145.15 machine. If your local weather is nasty, use your own best 
judgement about coming to the meeting. I'll show up at the meeting 
shortly after 5PM to hold the doors open and set up the packet stations (two!).
