Ought to be a fun time!

You don't have to be a numismatic.

You don't have to be a History buff.

You don't even have to have an interest in being part of history...but you will be if you take the time to go.

Tomorrow marks the unveiling of the new Nevada Quarter.  10 AM on the Capitol steps.

Then, if you're still interested, you can get a dose of history and the present at the Nevada State Museum, where they will be selling the newly minted quarters, First Day Covers (and, no, you need not be a Philatelist to enjoy) and a looksee at the 1869 12,000# coin press that was originally at the  C.C. Mint.  That'll start at 1:30 and goes to 4.

After all that you can tell your grandchildren about your role in Nevada history.
