[SIERA] A BELATED THANK YOU

I wholeheartedly agree with Will, Phyllis, Roger, Jan and Glenn.  While I 
am not currently a member of SIERA, my ties go back well over a decade.  I 
can attest that Dick Young has been the best thing to have happened to 
SIERA since the very early days when visionaries like Bob Grissom KI7GN and 
Art Hendricks K4CTZ first breathed life into this new group.

I sincerely hope this lack of recognition was purely accidental and will be 
corrected by the current SIERA leadership very very soon.  In the meantime, 
THANK YOU Dick Young from an outsider who truly appreciates all you have 
done for the entire amateur community.
