[SIERA] Power Line Interference

We have a request from a fellow Ham in tracking down specific locations
of Power Line Interference. This would also include the Power Transformers
on the poles. He has tracked the problem down to an area, but needs help
on specific identification in order to provide correct information to the Power
Company.

-Anyone out there with experience in identifying the specifics of this problem.
Maybe a follow-up article for the Membership would help other people?
