[SIERA] DCART meeting reminder

Hi all!

This is a reminder to DCART members that the next DCART meeting will 
be at 6:30PM this coming Monday, January 16, 2006 at the usual place 
at Minden Airport. I'm hoping that the folks who participated in the 
December callout will be able to give us the lowdown on what happened 
so we can all learn from the experience. We also plan to repeat the 
traffic handling exercise that we did for SET - this time as a table 
top exercise.
