...High Wind Warning in effect from 8 am this morning to 6 PM PST
this evening...

The National Weather Service in Reno NV has issued a High Wind
Warning.

Southwest winds 20 to 40 mph will gust to near 60 mph today. Higher
gusts up to 80 mph are possible in the Sierra foothills of
Reno...Carson City and Genoa. Local areas of blowing dust will reduce
visibilties at times. The winds will diminish later this evening.
