"FAIR and UNIFORM" 

Tough words, I guess.  At least that's what the Legislature is saying.  The Nevada Constitution - having served us well for more than fourteen decades - now seems to stand in the way of finding a "fair and uniform" solution to our Property Tax dilemma, by having these words in there as it pertains to taxes.

Starting out with 21 pieces of proposed legislation (that's 21 different legislators coming in with 'my plan') these folks have rotted it down to a pleasant three.  

The next two weeks will ferret out the best of the worst, so to speak, and give us a plan.

The result will have an impact on the future - each and every one of us!
