...Wind Advisory in effect from 6 am this morning to 8 PM PDT this
evening...

The National Weather Service in Reno NV has issued a Wind Advisory.

West winds of 15 to 30 mph will develop this morning and gust to 45
mph at times through the evening. Stronger gusts are possible in the
usual wind prone areas along the 395 corridor. The winds will
diminish later this evening.
