...WINTER STORM WARNING remains in effect until 4 PM PST this
afternoon...

While the heaviest snowfall has ended...gusty winds will continue to
produce blowing and drifting snow this morning. Motorists can expect
reduced visibilities at times. Snow will pick up again for a few
hours around midday with additional snow accumulations of 2 to 4
inches possible.
