Winter Weather Advisory
1042 PM PST Sat Jan 1 2005

...Snow Advisory in effect from 6 am Sunday to 4 am PST Monday...

Sunday and Sunday night...a total of 3 to 6 inches of snow is
possible in the advisory area...mainly north and west of Reno.
Lesser amounts of a couple inches or less are expected south and
east of Reno...including the Carson City area.

A Snow Advisory is issued when snow is expected to develop, but
only enough to cause inconveniences such as slick roads and travel
delays. No extreme winter weather is expected at this time.
