415 am PDT Tue Oct 26 2004

...Snow Advisory in effect above 5000 feet until 9 PM PDT this
evening...

The National Weather Service in Reno NV has issued a Snow Advisory.

Precipitation in the sierras will spill over into western Nevada
today. Snow levels near 6000 feet this morning will fall to around
5000 feet this afternoon and evening. Snow accumulations of 2 to 4
inches are possible above 5000 feet by this evening.
