To: All SIERA Members:

Field Day Update

Much progress was made at the May 8 TARA meeting in finalizing details 
of the combined Field Day.

Updates:

1. Pre setup work party scheduled for Friday, June 25 beginning at 12 
noon and lasting until approx 4 pm. Help would be appreciated for 
dipole, yagi and tower setup. Setting up tables and and kitchen 
equipment. Please contact Jack Shrawder if you can help. Also Saturday 
setup work where stations will be put on the air will start at 9 am 
with an 11 am official start for Field Day operations targeted.

2. Good News, the TARA Board decided that $5 would cover the expenses 
for both meals. But please, reserve your meals by contacting Jack 
Shrawder by June 1 so that we know how much food to purchase and food 
preparation and serving equipment we will need.

3. With four stations planned, 80, 40 and 20 meter CW and SSB and 2 
meter packet, SSB and FM there will be plenty of opportunity to run a 
station. Operators are needed so please plan to help if you can.

6. Its going to be  a terrific weekend for all.
