Infant Taken from Carson City during domestic dispute. Suspect, Alejand
Lozano-Lozano 36 yrs, is not the infants father and is described as a white
male adult, 5'8" 200 lbs, black hair and brown eyes.  Last seen eastbound
on Highway 50 from Carson City.

Victim is Isabelle Marie Brown, 11 months

Vehicle:                 Dark Blue/Silver full size Ford Bronco
Nevada Plate:            571 PUC
Suspect:                 Hispanic Male
