[SIERA] DXpedition turns to rescue operation

Charles Harpole K4VUD from the DXpedition now turned into a rescue
effort is supposed to be interviewed on CNN's Daybreak show tomorrow
morning.  He's in Bangkok and has communication with the other team
members who are scattered through the region assisting in rescue
efforts.
