[SHARCbits] Resignation

Hello All,

     It is with much mixed emotions that I draft this letter of intent to
withdraw from S.H.A.R.C..

After the recent loss of my Father, Daughter, two Uncles and an Aunt and
most recently (Last Monday) my best friend of 50 years I have decided to
drop a majority of my extracurricular activities and spend more time with
those close to me.

     There is nothing I enjoy more than helping others but I will have to
surrender to the fact that I cannot "save" the world. If I want to be here
for the youngest of my thirteen Grandchildren I will have to do more to take
care of myself. 

I could go on with all the reasons that this makes good sense but I think
you can get the drift of this message.

 

I will continue with my NCO duties until completed and will always be
available for consults.

I have spread myself a little to thin with all my memberships and will keep
only one of my many affiliations.

 

Thank you all for your friendship.

Hope to see you around and look forward to that contact "further down the
log".
