[SHARCbits] Line Noise

I have had line noise for over four months and the power company is still 
working on it off and on during that time. It is very bad on 75 meters in 
the AM mode and can go all the way to 10 meters. I use 40 and 75 a lot and 
some AM mode but with this on going noise, AM mode is out of the question. 
What I need to know is, how many of you hear this line noise and what time 
do you hear it and the level.
The W.R.E.C Technician, Gary Steele, is the one who is in charge of this 
problem, he is trying his best and needs more input.
