[SHARCbits] Reminder: by-law changes ballots

All ballots for voting on the proposed by-law changes will be counted at the 
October 16th General Meeting. If you have not yet voted, please remember to 
either send your ballot by US Mail ASAP or vote at the meeting. If needed, 
there will be extra blank ballots available at the meeting.

If you will not be attending the October 16th meeting, then please be sure 
to mail your ballot without delay.  The Secretary will check the club's post 
office box on his way to the meeting on the 16th. Any ballots received after 
the meeting cannot be counted.
